We have worked with the team at Calm and Balanced Canine for years! It is definitely worth speaking to Zoran to learn to train your dog/puppy. Even if you are experienced with dogs, you will undoubtably learn something new. They really know their dog training.

Long overdue post. My husband and I brought our dog Elvis here after doing extensive research. Zoran and company came highly recommended by our vet, as well as several large chain and small business pet stores. My dog was a rescue from Mexico with some minor issues. He suddenly became aggressive at 2 years old so we decided to have him properly trained. I can honestly say that with in 5 minutes into our first session I had a completely different dog, for the better! He not only trains your dog, but also you on how to be a better owner. I highly recommend coming here if you are in search of a trainer.

The Dog Spaw is a stand out pet salon. We met Kate the owner when she was a groomer at Fido's in Pittsford. When Kate left to open her own shop in East Rochester we followed her. She truly cares about dogs, she remembers each pet and their individual needs. One of many examples of Kate's great service- When one of our dogs was having serious health issues, she opened early to groom him in a quiet calm environment.If you have an elderly dog, a dog with special needs, or a puppy that is anxious at the groomers the Dog Spaw is ideal.

I am very impressed by the quality and temperment of puppies raised here. The breeder is very helpful and has excellent training tips.

My favorite part, Kait treats my dog as one of her own, with so much love! I always worried about when I left my dog at groomers in the past, but never here.
